From Beirut to the land of Jacques Cartier

The Geday family moved from Beirut, Lebanon to Montreal, Quebec. in summer of 2021. Since then, they've made sure to hold on to their family traditions. Namely, their home-cooked, three-meals-a-day-with-family and Sunday outing relax day. 

Hoda's Path

Hoda is the head chef of the family, back in the country where on special occasions the family would reunite around traditional cooking and festive seasons. Hoda has got her beginning in the cuisine from her mother and refined it with time by taking cooking lessons and several chefs courses. the grandmother of the family, made sure that all her children, and grandchildren knew how to cook to perfection conserving the authentic Lebanese taste in all the dishes.
